Chief Human Resources Officer

Description:

We are seeking a CHRO to lead HR for a multi-brand retail group with hundreds of stores and thousands of frontline staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive recruitment and retention for sales associates, store managers, and regional leads
•  Implement training academies for customer service excellence
•  Manage seasonal workforce ramps (Ramadan, Black Friday, Hajj)
•  Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law, Saudization (Nitaqat), and gig economy rules
• Lead HR analytics for turnover reduction and productivity improvement

 Requirements

•  Bachelor's or Master's in HR or Business
•  SHRM-SCP, CIPD Level 7, or equivalent
•  15+ years HR experience, 5+ as HR Director in retail/FMCG
•  Experience with high-volume hiring, store operations, and frontline engagement
•  GCC retail experience essential
•  Retail HRIS (e.g., ADP, SAP SuccessFactors)
