Key Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-site oil & gas production operations
• Drive cost optimization and operational excellence initiatives
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, HSE, and logistics
• Ensure regulatory and international compliance standards
• Report directly to the Executive Board

Requirements

✔ 20+ years Oil & Gas leadership experience
✔ Master’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration
✔ GCC executive leadership experience
✔ Strong HSE and risk management background
