Civil Engineer

Description:

 Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and supervise all civil O&M activities on-site
- Manage maintenance teams and ensure efficient daily operations
- Develop and implement preventive & corrective maintenance plans
- Monitor infrastructure performance and ensure compliance with safety & quality standards
- Oversee contractors and service providers to ensure timely delivery
- Prepare technical and performance reports
- Ensure compliance with airport operational regulations
- Identify issues and provide effective engineering solutions
- Lead team performance and ensure productivity targets are met

✔️ Requirements:

- Minimum 5+ years experience in operations & maintenance
- Previous experience in a team leader / supervisory role
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent command of English (spoken & written)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
- Strong technical background in civil engineering systems & infrastructure
