Key Responsibilities
✔️ Execute and manage civil, structural, and architectural works
✔️ Supervise concrete, waterproofing, excavation, and structural activities
✔️ Review drawings, shop drawings, and method statements
✔️ Coordinate with quality, safety, planning, and design teams
✔️ Prepare quantity take-offs, progress reports, and as-built documentation
✔️ Ensure compliance with the Saudi Building Code and project specifications

✅ Requirements
✔️ Minimum 10 years of experience in towers and branded 5-star hotel projects
✔️ Strong experience in site execution, coordination, and construction management
✔️ Knowledge of quantity take-offs, RFIs, and change order evaluations
✔️ Excellent communication and project coordination skills
