Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
* 5–10 years of experience in Civil Engineering and Project Management.
* Proven experience in business development, securing new projects, and identifying business opportunities.
* Experience in managing and supervising civil projects.
* Ability to prepare technical proposals and coordinate with clients and relevant stakeholders.
* Knowledge of Operations & Maintenance (O&M) and Facilities Management (FM).
* Excellent command of English.
* Valid driving license (Mandatory).
* Strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
