Description:

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Director for a leading healthcare company in Riyadh. Candidates must be currently based in Saudi Arabia.
🔹 Position: Commercial Director
📍 Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Must be residing in KSA)
🏥 Industry: Healthcare / Medical Laboratories

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Develop and execute commercial strategies to maximize revenue.
✔ Lead sales & marketing teams to achieve business objectives.
✔ Build and maintain relationships with government entities, hospitals, and key stakeholders.
✔ Manage tender processes on NUPCO & Etimad platforms.
✔ Oversee financial performance and optimize resources for profitability.
✔ Ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards.

🔹 Requirements:
📌 Bachelor’s degree in a medical field (MBA is a plus).
📌 10+ years of experience in healthcare, preferably in medical laboratories.
📌 Strong expertise in sales, business development, and government contracts (B2G).
📌 Established connections with the Ministry of Health & hospitals in Central Saudi Arabia.
📌 Fluent in Arabic & English (spoken and written).
📌 Must be currently based in Saudi Arabia.
