Commercial Engineer

Skilled Commercial Engineers looking for an exciting opportunity in the real estate and construction sector. We are seeking a dynamic professional to support end-to-end commercial and bidding activities for large-scale projects in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Review scopes of work requirements, address clarifications, and ensure a clear understanding of project details.
✅ Coordinate with technical teams to gather subcontracting documents for tenders and RFPs.
✅ Evaluate submissions against specifications to ensure fairness and recommend the best option.
✅ Lead negotiations with third parties to secure optimal pricing and quality.
✅ Oversee and validate bills of quantities (BOQ), ensuring accuracy in cost estimation.
✅ Support the review of unit rates for valuation, aligning them with contract terms.
✅ Confirm deliverables and approve third-party payments.

Requirements:
🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field).
🔹 3–5 years of relevant experience in commercial or contract management.
🔹 Strong knowledge of bidding, procurement, and project financials.
🔹 Proficiency in English (fluent) and Arabic (native).
🔹 Experience in the Saudi or GCC construction market is an advantage.
