Construction Estimation Civil Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Construction Estimation Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and analyzing the total cost of construction projects, ensuring accurate and competitive project estimates.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Perform quantity take-offs (materials, labor, equipment)
✔ Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents
✔ Analyze drawings and technical specifications
✔ Conduct cost analysis, budgeting, and value engineering
✔ Coordinate with suppliers for quotations
✔ Work closely with tendering and project teams
✔ Monitor project cost performance
✔ Support tender submissions and documentation

🔹 Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
✔ 5–10 years of experience in estimation and tendering
✔ Strong knowledge of KSA construction market and costs
✔ Experience in infrastructure, residential, commercial, and industrial projects
✔ Proficiency in Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Excel
✔ Strong analytical and communication skills
✔ Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken & written)
