Manage all phases of on-site construction from mobilization to handover
Oversee subcontractors, labor, and site teams to ensure timely and quality execution
Coordinate with design, procurement, and project management departments
Ensure strict adherence to project specifications, safety standards, and timelines
Solve technical/site issues efficiently and manage change requests
Conduct site inspections, quality audits, and prepare regular progress reports
Lead meetings with consultants, clients, and suppliers
🛠 Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
10+ years of construction management experience, ideally in fit-out or themed entertainment projects
Strong technical background in interior works and fast-track execution
Excellent communication, planning, and leadership abilities
Familiarity with Saudi building codes and local regulatory requirements
Proficiency in project management tools (AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.)
Must be available to join immediately
