Description:
Construction Project Director - 16 to 25 years experience. Must have been a Project Director from civil and sub structure to full build/ structural / facades/ internal fit out/ MEP/ acoustics / all packages oversight. Total project control and delivery from start to finish. Must have started major projects as PD and handed over that project as PD with a Tier 1 construction contracting / construction management group.
Full client interface at the high level of office and engaged stakeholder management .
Cultural / Entertainment destination.. $1billion + project.
