Description:

Manage operation, maintenance, configuration, and administration of PS Core nodes (SAPC/vSAPC, SGSN-MME/vSGSN-MME, EPG/vEPG, PCC/AMF/SMF, PCG, IPWorks DNS, Cisco Router, Ericsson R6K & SSR routers).
🔄 Resolve customer issues and provide 24x7 on-call support (rotation-based).
🤖 Develop and maintain automation solutions.
🧪 Investigate root causes of problems and drive recovery processes.
🚀 Collaborate with domain support, automation, and analytics teams to improve network efficiency.
📊 Perform trend analysis to detect and prevent failures.
✅ Ensure technical changes are implemented without affecting service availability.
🎯 Requirements:
🎓 Degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field.
🌐 Strong understanding of 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G network architecture.
📡 Experience with Packet Core nodes and networking equipment (SAPC, SGSN-MME, EPG, PCC, IPWorks DNS, Cisco, Ericsson).
🔍 Expert troubleshooting skills (tracing, log analysis, and Wireshark).
🌥️ Familiar with Cloud Systems (NFVI & CNIS) — a plus.
📈 Experience with KPI monitoring and troubleshooting.
🧠 Knowledge of Machine Learning, AI, and Cloud technologies.
💻 Scripting experience (automation).
🤝 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
