Cost Control Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Prepare the project schedule and resource allocation (including cost) during bidding stage.
• Prepare and maintain project scheduling, progress reporting (daily, weekly, monthly) and cost controlling during execution.
• Conduct cost analysis and progress meetings with project management to ensure the project is on track and within budget.
• provide asset unit cost analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
• 5+ years of experience as a Planner/Cost Controller in the Oil and Gas sector.
• Familiarity with planning software including Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Able to analyze cost reports and schedules, identify issues, and effectively communicate the project’s performance, issues/concerns, and recovery plans to the Project Manager.
