The Invisible Co is looking for a meticulous and analytically-driven Cost Controller to join its Food & Beverage operations in Jeddah. This role is a cornerstone of our financial health; you will be responsible for tracking the lifecycle of every ingredient and resource to minimize waste and maximize profitability. You will serve as a strategic partner to both the kitchen and management teams, translating raw data into actionable insights that drive the company's growth in a competitive market.

◆ Core Responsibilities
🔹 Cost Oversight: Rigorously monitor and control operational expenditures across all outlets to safeguard profit margins.
🔹 Financial Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and present detailed reports on cost performance, variance analysis, and future financial forecasts.
🔹 Budget Management: Maintain precise cost records and manage budgets to ensure total financial transparency.
🔹 Collaboration: Work closely with Chefs and Department Heads to identify and deploy effective cost-saving strategies.
🔹 Operational Support: Assist in inventory audits, menu pricing strategies, and strategic procurement planning.
🔹 System Compliance: Ensure all transactions and logs comply with corporate policies, accounting standards, and ERP protocols.
🔹 Efficiency Optimization: Deliver data-backed recommendations to streamline kitchen and service operations.

◆ Qualification Standards
🔹 Experience: Proven professional background in Cost Control, with a strong preference for candidates from the F&B or Hospitality sectors.
🔹 Analytical Skills: Advanced numerical proficiency with the ability to interpret complex financial datasets.
🔹 Technical Tools: High level of expertise in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and experience navigating ERP systems.
🔹 Mindset: Extreme attention to detail, strong problem-solving capabilities, and the resilience to perform under pressure.
🔹 Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate between finance and operational teams.
