Cost Controller

 

Description:

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and control all operational costs, primarily Food & Beverage (F&B).
Conduct regular inventory audits and spot checks across all hotel outlets.
Prepare daily and monthly cost reports and analyze variances.
Collaborate with the purchasing department to verify supplier pricing and quality.
Identify areas of wastage and implement cost-saving strategies.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Cost Controller specifically in the Hotel industry.
Residency: Must be a current resident of Jeddah or Madinah.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Hotel Management Systems (e.g., Materials Control, Micros, or Opera) and Advanced Excel.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Skills: Strong analytical mindset, high accuracy, and excellent communication skills
