Our client a major PMC in Riyadh is seeking an accomplished Design Director to lead complex infrastructure and cultural development projects at the heart of Saudi Arabia’s transformation.

This is a high-impact leadership role suited for a RIBA Chartered Architect with 25+ years of global experience, particularly in entertainment, tourism, cultural, and sports infrastructure.

🧩 The Ideal Candidate:
✅ Proven leadership managing large consultant teams on master
developments
✅ Strong background in design management, tender documentation, and
RFP preparation
✅ Experience delivering world-class venues like theatres, art galleries,
convention centres, and sports arenas
✅ Deep understanding of stakeholder alignment, regulatory approvals, and
value engineering
✅ PMP, CIOB, or RICS certification preferred
✅ Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills
