Requirements:

• Possess a decade to a decade and a half of expertise in Legal/Commercial Transactions within a well-regarded medium-sized organization.
• Demonstrate a track record of establishing and nurturing effective collaborative ties with both internal and external senior stakeholders, showcasing a minimum of four years in a high-level managerial role.
• Hold a bachelor’s degree in law as a prerequisite.
• Preferably, possess a master’s degree in law or its equivalent.
• Ideally based in KSA at the moment
• Saudi working experience is a must
