Engineering Manager

PT Timur Raya Jaya Lestari is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join our team working on projects in NEOM City!

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Management or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in housing fields project and at least 3 years of Engineering Management experience.
• PMP license or equivalent certification preferred.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in engineering design, construction, and maintenance, with a deep understanding of relevant standards, codes, and regulations.
• Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and office suites tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills would be advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
