🔍 Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and continuous improvement of Enterprise Architecture Governance frameworks, aligned with TOGAF standards.
Oversee Architecture Review Boards (ARB) and architectural decision governance.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as Basel III, ISO 31000, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS.
Manage architecture repositories using tools like Alfabet, LeanIX, and others.
Develop and maintain architecture roadmaps, ensuring strategic traceability.
Collaborate with cybersecurity, product, and infrastructure teams to ensure architectural alignment.
Optimize application portfolios for performance, cost-efficiency, and reliability.
Automate governance workflows to streamline decision-making.
Contribute to innovation roadmaps and future-state architecture strategies.
✅ Ideal Candidate
12+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, with 2–4 years focused on architecture governance in large-scale financial institutions.
Proficient in TOGAF, Archimate, Zachman; TOGAF Certification is a must.
Strong experience with architecture tools (Alfabet, LeanIX, ARIS, iServer, BiZZdesign).
Familiar with risk and compliance frameworks (Basel III, COSO, AML, etc.).
Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, and integration technologies (Mulesoft, Dell Boomi).
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Bachelor’s Degree required.
