Enterprise Solution Lead

Description:

Lead the end-to-end development of enterprise financial solutions, ensuring alignment with regulatory (e.g., X-VAT, IFRS , …, ) and reporting requirements.
Supervise and mentor a team of developers, business analysts, and data modelers.
Drive solution design and architecture for platforms involving IntelliMatch, SAP BusinessObjects (BO), ERwin, and other relevant tools.
Collaborate closely with finance, compliance, audit, and IT infrastructure teams to ensure system effectiveness and accuracy.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and quality assurance processes.
Develop and enforce coding standards, documentation, and governance best practices for financial systems.
Stay current with evolving regulations and financial standards and adjust system capabilities accordingly.
Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support for deployed solutions.
Lead or participate in vendor selection, system upgrades, and tool integration assessments.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in enterprise financial system development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong expertise with financial regulatory systems, especially X-VAT and IFRS.
Hands-on experience with enterprise data and modeling tools including:
IntelliMatch (or Informatica if meant as ETL tool),
SAP BusinessObjects (BO) for reporting and analytics,
ERwin for data modeling.

Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver complex projects.
Solid understanding of enterprise architecture, data warehousing, and financial data governance.
Familiarity with SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and DevOps principles.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
