Estimation, Costing & Bidding Engineer

Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead estimation, costing, and bidding for fire protection projects.
Proven track record in handling fire protection projects, with a focus on estimation.

Proficiency in using estimation software for project accuracy.
Strong technical knowledge in NFPA (National Fire Protection Association) & Saudi Building Codes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with teams and clients.

Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team setting.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
5+ years of experience in engineering, particularly within fire protection systems (firefighting & fire alarm).

NFPA certification is a plus!

Preferred Experience:
5-7 years of relevant experience in Gulf/KSA projects.

Familiarity with NFPA & Saudi building codes.
