Estimation Engineer

Description:

Receiving new ITT’s or Enquiries from client & through study of ITT documents

· Accountable for studying process licensors’ data sheets, material specifications and drawings from EPC contractor/client

· Responsible for all technical discussion with clients during preorder stage.

· Responsible for preliminary design of Pressure Vessels using PV Elite software.

· Instrumental in preparing budgets costs for system of equipment’s and floating global enquiries for various components and sub-parts

· Keeping coordination with Purchase department for keeping track of raw material prices.

· Preparation of Budget cost accounting Materials, Labor, Sub-Contracting, other overheads.

· Preparation of Project schedule using MS Projects / Microsoft Excel.

· Accountable for preparing cost summary and techno-commercial offers in co-ordination with the concerned department.

· Responsible of keeping track of submitted bids

Qualifications

-Education: B.E, Mechanical Engineering

-Experience: Minimum 6 Years

-Product Knowledge: Pressure vessels, Columns, Skid packages, Piping and Modules.

-Code Knowledge: ASME

-Client Specification: Saudi Aramco specification
