Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering
15+ years construction estimation experience (KSA market)
5+ years in managerial estimation role
Aramco project experience (Long-Form, GSC, EPC contracts)
IKTVA compliance knowledge
Bilingual Arabic/English
Technical Skills:
• Advanced cost estimation & budgeting
• Aramco prequalification processes
• Procurement & contract management
• Risk assessment & mitigation
• MS Office & estimation software
