The Executive Program Director will define program strategy, establish governance frameworks, and oversee the delivery of complex initiatives across hospitals, clinics, and health networks. The role involves direct engagement with Ministry of Health stakeholders, private partners, and senior clinical leaders to ensure programs meet strategic, financial, and operational objectives. The successful candidate will champion innovation, streamline operations, and ensure measurable improvements in patient care.

• Align initiatives with KSA national health strategy & transformation goals
• Manage multidisciplinary project teams and external partners
