Qualification:
CA / CMA and Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance
Proficiency in financial management software & ERP systems
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
🕒 Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience

Key Responsibilities
Financial Operations
Manage daily financial activities of the Retail Division, including AP/AR and GL entries.
Ensure accurate handling of retail-based financial transactions.
Financial Reporting
Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports: balance sheet, P&L, and cash flow.
Develop retail-focused KPIs and performance analysis.
Budgeting & Forecasting
Create and monitor budgets and forecasts for the Trading Division, considering seasonal variations.
Financial Analysis
Analyze sales performance, margins, retail expenses, and trends to support business growth.
Identify opportunities for improvement and cost control.
Compliance & Audit
Ensure adherence to accounting standards, retail tax regulations, inventory valuation rules, etc.
Assist during audits, including inventory & POS-system audits.
Cash Flow & Retail Control
Monitor cash flow for the retail division, including POS transactions and reconciliation.
Strengthen internal controls: cash handling, inventory management, loss prevention.
Cross-Department Collaboration
Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Merchandising teams to support business goals.

Ideal Candidate Profile
✔ CA/CMA qualified
✔ Strong financial reporting and analysis skills
✔ Experience in retail accounting preferred
✔ ERP system proficiency (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
✔ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
