Finance Manager

Description:

Financial Management:

• Manage and supervise the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance; prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
• Implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance and mitigate financial risks.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions; ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions.
• Manage cash flow and liquidity; optimize working capital management strategies.
• Coordinate and lead the annual audit process; ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Conduct financial analysis, variance analysis, and forecasting to support decision-making.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial and operational data.
• Prepare and present comprehensive reports on financial and logistics performance; identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA designation preferred.
• Proven work experience as a Finance Controller, Logistics Controller, or similar role in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and logistics operations.
• Proficiency in financial management software and ERP systems; advanced Excel and Power-BI skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and integrity in financial and logistical reporting.
