Responsibilities:

• Implement efficient financial control systems for comprehensive financial management.
• Prepare feasibility reports and cash flow/profitability projections.
• Manage treasury operations and trade finance activities.
• Maintain internal reporting systems for effective internal control.
• Negotiate favorable terms with banks and financing firms for loans and project financing.
• Coordinate project financing and manage bank guarantee issuance.
• Facilitate ad hoc reporting requirements with banking relationship managers.
• Provide timely financial insights through MIS dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and handle external audits.

Requirements:

• Chartered Accountant/CPA qualification.
• 6-8 years of financial management experience in steel manufacturing is a must.
• Proficient in budgeting, forecasting, tax, and audit compliance.
• Strong negotiation skills and relationship-building with financial institutions.
• ERP proficiency
• Excellent Excel skills, and analytical and strategic financial planning abilities.
