Financial Accountant

Description:

A well-established company in Saudi Arabia is seeking a highly experienced Financial Accountant to join its finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial reporting, VAT compliance, and working knowledge of advanced accounting systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day financial transactions and accounting operations

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Ensure compliance with Saudi VAT regulations and filing requirements

Utilize accounting software such as Tally, ERP, SAP, etc.

Oversee accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and ledger entries

Provide financial analysis and forecasting support to management

Coordinate with auditors and ensure proper documentation and reporting


Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (B.Com / M.Com preferred)

Minimum 5+ years of experience in financial accounting (GCC experience is a plus)

Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel

Strong knowledge of VAT, compliance, and audit preparation

Excellent communication and reporting skills

Able to work independently and handle high volumes of data with accuracy
