Financial Analyst

Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making. This role plays a key part in enhancing profitability, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial data, identify trends, and prepare comprehensive management reports.
- Conduct variance analysis between budget and actual performance, recommending corrective actions.
- Develop financial models and forecasts to support budget planning and business strategy.
- Monitor budget performance, including manpower, maintenance, and truck efficiency costs, and report variances.
- Prepare monthly financial and operational efficiency reports.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations, company policies, and HSE standards.
- Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders and address financial inquiries promptly.
- Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency.
- Perform regular audits to ensure financial integrity and compliance.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (master's or professional certification is a plus).
- Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and MS Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Saudi financial regulations and compliance requirements is preferred.
