Financial Business Analyst

Description:

We are hiring a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Business Analyst for one of our clients based in Riyadh. This 6-month contract role (with the potential for extension) is ideal for professionals with strong financial acumen, data analysis expertise, and presentation skills. Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is preferred to handle diverse deliverables across the finance function.

📊 Analyze financial statements and performance data for insights and decision support
🧮 Leverage tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau for financial modeling and reporting
🖼️ Design impactful presentations, dashboards, and infographics for stakeholders
📝 Prepare bilingual (Arabic & English) reports across finance operations
🛠️ Develop financial tools, templates, and process documentation
🤝 Collaborate cross-functionally on budgeting, forecasting, and planning
🎓 Conduct on-the-job training and coaching for continuous financial improvement
🔍 Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes and control frameworks

🧠 Qualifications & Skills:

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field, Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA, FMVA) are preferred
📈Proven experience as a Financial Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar finance role
📘 Deep understanding of financial statements and accounting standards
📚 Familiarity with KSA financial standards and reporting practices
💻 Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
📑 Skilled in preparing visually engaging financial reports and dashboards
🌐 Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong plus
💡 Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
👥 Team player with excellent communication and organizational skills
🛂 Must have a transferable Iqama and be ready to join immediately
