Key Responsibilities

Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and controls

Develop and manage enterprise risk frameworks and mitigation strategies

Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements

Liaise with regulators, auditors, and external advisors

Strengthen governance, policies, and internal control environments

Support leadership with risk-informed decision-making and financial insights

🧠 Ideal Candidate Profile

Strong experience in finance, risk, compliance, or governance roles

Background in regulated sectors, holding groups, financial services, or large corporates

Knowledge of KSA, UAE, and GCC regulatory environments

Professional certifications preferred (CPA, ACCA, CFA, FRM, CIA, CAMS, etc.)

Detail-oriented, analytical, and stakeholder-focused mindset

Ability to operate in fast-paced, multi-entity environments
