Financial Controller

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to oversee financial operations, reporting, and internal controls across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial reporting and month-end close processes
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and regulatory requirements
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Strengthen internal controls and risk management frameworks
- Lead audits and liaise with external auditors
- Supervise and develop accounting teams

Requirements:
- 8–15+ years of finance/accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial controls
- Experience managing finance teams
- ERP systems experience (SAP, Oracle preferred)
- GCC experience preferred
