Full Role Description:
The Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis will lead enterprise-wide FP&A operations and provide strategic financial direction to executive leadership. The role involves building sophisticated forecasting models, improving business performance visibility, and supporting corporate growth initiatives through advanced financial analysis and planning.
The selected candidate will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, business intelligence, KPI management, and strategic investment evaluations while partnering closely with senior leadership teams across multiple business units.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead enterprise FP&A strategy and execution
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
• Develop executive-level financial reporting frameworks
• Drive KPI tracking and operational performance analysis
• Support strategic investment and growth initiatives
• Improve business intelligence and financial visibility systems
• Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning
• Lead financial transformation and process optimization efforts
• Manage large finance and analytical teams
Requirements:
• Extensive FP&A and corporate finance leadership experience
• Strong financial modeling and analytical expertise
• Experience in infrastructure, investment, or large enterprise sectors
• Executive-level stakeholder management skills
• Proven leadership in business performance optimization
• GCC experience preferred
