Finishing Engineer

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
* Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in finishing works.
* Proven experience working on large-scale or mega construction projects.
* Strong knowledge of design development, technical reviews, design coordination, and regulatory approval requirements.
* Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience working with multinational companies or on international projects is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and manage daily interior and exterior finishing activities.
* Monitor and coordinate works including plastering, tiling, painting, false ceilings, joinery, and façade finishes.
* Ensure that all finishing works are executed in accordance with approved shop drawings, project specifications, quality requirements, and applicable standards.
* Coordinate with project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and relevant stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
* Monitor work progress and address technical or site-related issues to maintain project schedules and quality standards.
