Requirements:
Minimum 4+ years of experience in construction projects
Strong background in fit-out, finishing works, MEP
coordination, and technical drawings
Proficiency in relevant software (AutoCAD, Revit
preferred for Draftsman)
Ability to manage site teams, subcontractors, and technical documentation effectively
✓ Solid technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
Location: Riyadh (with possible relocation to project sites)
