Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Group financial planning and analysis process.
• Develop & Manager budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
• Report on Monthly Financials.
• Work with other departments to ensure that financial plans are aligned with business goals.
• Prepare financial reports and presentations.
• Stay up to date on financial trends and best practices.
• Assist in the development of the annual budget and long-term financial plans.
• Collaborate with department heads to gather data and insights for budgeting purposes.
• Analyze historical financial data to identify trends and drivers.
• prepare accurate and timely financial forecasts, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Continuously monitor and update forecasts to reflect changing business conditions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Professional qualification is a plus.
• A minimum 5+ years of experience with related experience preferably in the financial industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, word, and other financial software.
• Proficient in English Language.
