• Minimum of 10 years of legal experience, including a strong background in transactional law, privatization, and general commercial contracts.
• Saudi National.
• Legal qualifications and current bar admission in Saudi Arabia - Essential.
• Proficiency in both English and Arabic, as effective bilingual communication is essential.
• A proven track record in serving as a Board Secretary.
• In-depth knowledge of Saudi Arabian legal and regulatory frameworks.

Your Responsibilities:

• Transitioning to oversee a variety of general commercial contracts, including shipping agreements, credit terms with banks, supplier agreements, and more.
• Ensuring legal compliance and mitigating risks in collaboration with external counsel and the leadership team.
• Contributing to corporate governance and maintaining the efficient operation of board meetings.
