Group Head of Health, Safety, Security & Environment

Description:

We are conducting a confidential search for an accomplished Group Head of Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE) to lead enterprise HSSE strategy, operational safety, environmental sustainability, corporate security, regulatory compliance, and risk management across a leading multinational organization operating throughout Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and international markets.

Reporting directly to the Group Chief Operating Officer (COO) or Chief Executive Officer (CEO), you will oversee enterprise health and safety programs, environmental compliance, corporate security, emergency preparedness, operational resilience, incident investigations, ESG initiatives, and HSSE governance while collaborating with executive leadership, regulators, and government authorities.

Key Requirements

✔ 15–20+ years of senior leadership experience in HSSE, HSE, Environmental Management, Corporate Security, Risk Management, Industrial Operations, or Engineering Leadership

✔ Proven success leading enterprise-wide health, safety, security, and environmental programs across multinational organizations

✔ Strong expertise in ISO 45001, ISO 14001, occupational health and safety, environmental compliance, risk assessments, emergency response, incident management, ESG, and sustainability frameworks

✔ Experience working with Boards of Directors, Executive Committees, regulators, government agencies, and international industry bodies

✔ Master's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, MBA, NEBOSH Diploma, CSP, or equivalent internationally recognized qualification preferred
