Group Head of Internal Audit

Description:

We are conducting a confidential search for an accomplished Group Head of Internal Audit to lead enterprise internal audit strategy, governance, internal controls, enterprise risk assurance, regulatory compliance, and audit transformation across a leading multinational organization operating throughout Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and international markets.

Reporting directly to the Board Audit Committee, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), or Board of Directors, you will oversee enterprise audit planning, internal controls, operational and financial audits, IT audits, fraud investigations, SOX compliance, governance reviews, and risk-based assurance programs while partnering with executive leadership, regulators, and external auditors.

Key Requirements

✔ 15–20+ years of senior leadership experience in Internal Audit, Risk Assurance, External Audit, Financial Controls, Corporate Governance, or Regulatory Compliance

✔ Proven success leading enterprise internal audit functions across multinational organizations or global consulting firms

✔ Strong expertise in risk-based auditing, governance, internal controls, SOX, fraud risk management, operational audits, IT audits, regulatory compliance, and audit analytics

✔ Experience working with Boards of Directors, Audit Committees, Executive Committees, regulators, and multinational organizations

✔ CPA, CIA, ACCA, CA, CISA, MBA, or equivalent internationally recognized qualification preferred
