We’re looking for a Head of Finance who will play a critical role in shaping our company’s financial strategy and operational excellence.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the CEO and Board are consistently updated on the company’s financial performance to support timely and informed decision-making.
Lead the preparation, approval, and continuous monitoring of annual capital and operational budgets to ensure financial discipline and alignment with strategic goals.
Ensure the finance team is adequately staffed and skilled to manage daily operations.
Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate operational and financial risks to protect the organization’s assets and ensure business continuity.
Develop, implement, and communicate comprehensive financial policies and standard operating procedures to drive consistency, compliance, and process efficiency across the company.
💼 What We’re Looking For:
16+ years of finance experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record in budget planning, risk management, and compliance.
Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
Preferably with experience in the FMCG or food industry.
Relevant finance certifications (CA, CFA, CIMA) are a plus.
