• Bachelor's degree in Food Science/Technology or related field
• 8–10+ years Food Safety & Quality experience
• Restaurant/café franchise experience mandatory
• Strong HACCP, ISO 22000 / FSSC 22000 knowledge
• Experience with audits, SOPs & quality systems
• Gulf experience mandatory
