Healthcare Network Relations Manager

Description:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Healthcare Network Relations Manager (Saudis only) to lead and oversee our medical provider network operations across Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will manage the network team, maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, and ensure operational excellence while driving growth and efficiency in line with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and supervise the medical network team to ensure high performance, accountability, and professional growth.
Maintain, strengthen, and expand partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare providers.
Monitor and analyze network performance metrics; identify and resolve operational issues promptly.
Develop and execute network expansion strategies aligned with company goals.
Ensure full compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in Saudi Arabia.
Design, implement, and manage comprehensive onboarding and training programs for new hires to ensure service quality and alignment with organizational objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, claims, and others) to streamline processes, resolve issues, and enhance provider satisfaction.
Requirements:
Saudi nationality is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Proven track record in managing healthcare provider networks and building strong provider relations.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Valid driving license and own vehicle, with flexibility to travel across regions in KSA.
