Description:

🧩 Responsibilities:
-Perform 2nd-level troubleshooting and problem restoration on IN systems.

-Analyze service degradations and escalate system-level issues as needed.

-Implement and manage software/hardware/configuration changes.

-Monitor and interpret network KPIs and traffic performance.

-Administer Linux-based IN platforms and ensure service continuity.

-Execute Oracle DB queries and support data integrity checks.

-Design and modify tariff plans, service classes, and related configurations.

-Participate in technical meetings and process improvement initiatives.

🧠 Requirements:
-Hands-on experience with IN (Intelligent Network) systems in telecom.

-Strong background in GSM/WCDMA technologies.

-Proficiency in Linux system administration.

-Familiarity with Unix/Shell scripting or similar.

-Solid understanding of Oracle DB for operational tasks.

-Knowledge of IP networking and system integration principles.

-Previous role in 2nd-line support or similar technical operations.
