Integration Team Lead

Key Responsibilities**

•  Lead HIS/EMR integration projects end-to-end
•  Manage integration and interface development teams Ensure smooth healthcare data exchange and interoperability
•  Oversee full integration lifecycle (design → implementation → go-live)
•  Collaborate with clinical and technical stakeholders

Requirements

 8+ years of experience in Healthcare / HIS integration
 Strong hands-on expertise in HL7 and FHIR standards
 Experience with integration engines such as Mirth Connect, Rhapsody, or similar
 Proven leadership experience managing technical teams
 Strong understanding of HIS, EMR, EHR, LIS, and RIS workflows
 Experience across full integration lifecycle
