Description:
Key Responsibilities: • Provide IT support to internal & external stakeholders
• Smart Hands support in the server room (rack installations, cabling, component replacement, etc.)
• Meeting room & virtual meeting tech support (Teams, Zoom, etc.)
• Assist in device refresh, upgrades, data backup & restore
• User onboarding/offboarding support & asset lifecycle management
• SNOW system ticketing, IT inventory, asset verification, reporting (Power BI)
• Support for network, mobile, telephone, and vulnerability management
π§ What We’re Looking For: • Hands-on experience with end-user IT support & infrastructure
• Proficient in troubleshooting hardware/software/network issues
• Knowledge of ITSM tools (e.g., SNOW), Power BI, and asset management
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
