Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Hold a degree in interior design/architecture
- Great/advanced in Autocad, photoshop. Also good knowledge in InDesign.
- Possess a creative, non-traditional mindset with a high level of passion.
- Proficiency in design software such as Revit and 3D Max.
- Proficiency in rendering software such as V-Ray.
- Excellent in MS Word, Excel, & PowerPoint.
- Select samples, FF&E, to be approved by client.
- Prepare complete detailed technical drawings.
- Handle interior design projects from concept to completion.
- Oversee and prepare presentation materials for client & project meetings.
- Able to supervise the work progress on site & keen to learn
- Ability to source materials and products both online and offline.
- Have great design skills, style and is excited about creative work.
- Exceptional graphic presentation skills
- Excellent understanding of construction drawings, specifications and millwork packages.
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as a team.
