Junior Quantity Surveyor & Estimator

We are urgently seeking a highly skilled Junior Quantity Surveyor & Estimator with a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in the interior fit-out and joinery industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates for high-end interior, joinery, glass, and aluminium works.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare accurate BOQs and cost estimates based on project drawings, specifications, and site requirements.
• Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings and site visits.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to ensure timely and accurate costing.
• Evaluate and assess subcontractor quotations for cost efficiency.
• Assist in value engineering and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of materials, prices, and market trends within the interior fit-out and joinery sector.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the interior fit-out, joinery, glass, and aluminium works industries.
• Proficient in BOQ preparation and cost estimation.
• Strong understanding of interior construction materials and finishes.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
