Key Responsibilities:
✅ Inspect and monitor landscape construction activities such as planting, irrigation, and soil preparation.
✅ Ensure compliance with approved designs, project specifications, and environmental standards.
✅ Coordinate with contractors and consultants to resolve on-site issues and ensure timely progress.
✅ Conduct quality checks on materials and workmanship.
✅ Maintain detailed site inspection records and non-conformance reports.
✅ Support testing and commissioning of irrigation systems and landscape elements.
✅ Promote site safety and environmental best practices.
Qualifications:
🎓 Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, or a diploma with at least 7 years of relevant experience.
🌱 Strong knowledge of landscape construction and plant species suitable for arid climates.
💧 Familiarity with irrigation systems and sustainable landscaping techniques.
🗣️ Good communication and reporting skills.
