A well-established medical group in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is urgently seeking a Medical Receptionist for their Laboratory department. The ideal candidate must be an energetic and self-motivated individual with at least 1 year of experience in the same field and a valid Saudi Council card.

Job Location: Ishbiliyah, Riyadh, KSA

Salary: SAR 4000-6000

Language Requirement: Arabic & English proficiency (Speaking, writing, and reading)

Responsibilities:

- Coordinating the daily administration of doctors, staff, visitors, and patients at the healthcare facility

- Scheduling appointments, answering patient inquiries, handling emergencies, and monitoring stock and supplies

- Recording all experimental data and test results accurately

- Welcoming patients and visitors, answering inquiries, and optimizing patient satisfaction

- Keeping patient appointments on schedule and entering medical billing & reports in software

- Experience with health insurance approval and eligibility checks
