Key Responsibilities:
✅ Oversee budgeting and financial planning.
✅ Monitor cash flow and project profitability.
✅ Manage financial reporting and compliance.
✅ Coordinate with project managers on cost control.
✅ Support audits and regulatory reporting.

🎯 Requirements:
✅ 10+ years’ finance experience in construction/MEP.
✅ CPA / ACCA / CMA qualification preferred.
✅ Strong ERP and financial reporting expertise.
✅ GCC experience advantageous.
