Mep Manager

Description:

We’re hiring an experienced MEP Manager to lead mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design across projects in multiple future-focused cities, with a strong emphasis on smart city integration. This role includes managing consultants, reviewing developer packages, ensuring code compliance, and aligning all MEP packages with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee MEP planning, design and smart city integration across infrastructure, buildings, and masterplans
- Review and approve developer MEP packages to ensure alignment with codes and strategy
- Manage consultants and coordinate across disciplines to resolve technical challenges
- Support RFP development and manage MEP budgets to meet design and cost targets

Qualifications:
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field
- Strong background in MEP design and project management
- Experience with smart city projects is a plus
- Familiarity with local codes and MEP standards
